Break down one bad incident

240108: JOHN, 23, Chicago, stutter age 8 to 75% of words in more than half of conversations; also has obsessive-compulsive disorder; slaps leg and shuts eyes when speaking, mainly to groups, authorities but some to family. Has been with us briefly and quit a couple times; just returned; has read several of my books. This is our 2nd Skype; only one bad incident in past two weeks. We drill his Speech Plan Short-Link-Stop and add Pronunciation.
